Straight off the runway! This skirt is a statement piece! Can also be worn as a corset or a top! Completely hand made, with circles cut out of scrap leather. It is held together by stainless steel 0-rings.  It laces up the sides with leather string. 

Fits on 26-32" waist easily! Seen on Avery 28" low waist
